New Haven Livestream & Event Video Production

New Haven is our backyard. Silver Ridge Media is based in Prospect, in New Haven County, so events in the Elm City are close to home. We help New Haven organizations share their events with people who can't be in the room, and turn those moments into video they can use long afterward.

New Haven's event mix

New Haven runs on a mix of universities, hospitals, biotech companies, and a deep nonprofit community. That means symposia and lectures, research presentations, galas and award dinners, and community forums, often in historic buildings or hotel ballrooms like the Omni New Haven Hotel. Each one has its own audience to reach online, and its own quirks for streaming.

What we produce

  • Symposia and lectures: clean multi-camera recording with slides, ready for an on-demand library

  • Galas and award dinners: honoree moments, donor appeal livestreams, and recap videos

  • Company meetings: all-hands and leadership updates for teams in the office and remote

  • Panels and community forums: livestreams to YouTube, Facebook, or Zoom with clear audio

  • Webinars: producer-run sessions that keep speakers calm and audiences engaged

Galas and nonprofits

A gala is a once-a-year chance to tell your story. A short livestream of the program can bring in supporters who couldn't attend, and a recap video gives your team content for the next year's appeal. We keep the gear low-profile so the evening still feels like an evening, not a TV set.

How we work

Audio comes first, because online viewers leave when they can't hear. We test the venue network before show day, run a wired connection plus backup, and rehearse the run-of-show with your team. You'll work with an owner-led crew, not a call center.

New Haven FAQ

Can you livestream a gala's live appeal?

Yes. We can stream the program portion, including the appeal, so remote supporters can watch and give in real time through your donation platform.

Do you work in older buildings with tricky internet?

Yes. We check connectivity during a site visit and bring backup connectivity so the stream doesn't depend on one network.

Can you record lectures for later?

Yes. We record speaker and slides together and deliver edited files for your website or learning platform.
