Hartford Livestream & Hybrid Event Production
Hartford is where Connecticut meets. Insurers, healthcare systems, state agencies, and statewide associations all hold their big gatherings downtown, and more of their audience now expects to join from wherever they are. Silver Ridge Media helps Hartford event teams bring that remote audience into the room, with a stream that looks and sounds as good as the live event.
Built for Hartford's meeting calendar
Downtown Hartford hosts a steady run of annual meetings, CE conferences, award luncheons, and leadership events at places like the Connecticut Convention Center and the Hartford Marriott Downtown. These events tend to share the same challenges: big rooms, packed agendas, members spread across the state, and a venue AV team already on site. We're used to working within that setup.
What we handle
Hybrid general sessions: multi-camera coverage of keynotes and panels, streamed to your platform of choice
Breakout recording: capture CE and education sessions for an on-demand member library
Remote speakers: bring presenters onto the program with tech checks ahead of time
Award moments: clean recordings of honorees, ready to share afterward
Corporate town halls: for Hartford-area employers with staff in the office, at home, and across sites
Working alongside the venue
Large Hartford venues often have in-house AV partners. We don't compete with them. We coordinate early, use the house audio feed where it makes sense, and focus on cameras, streaming, and recording. That keeps costs sensible and show day calm.
Why a local crew
We're based in New Haven County, under an hour from downtown Hartford. Site visits are easy, rehearsals happen on the venue's real network, and we're not billing you for a crew flying in. You'll talk to the same person from the first call to the final file delivery.
Hartford FAQ
Can you stream an event at the Connecticut Convention Center?
Yes. We coordinate with the venue and its in-house AV provider ahead of time on audio feeds, power, and network access, then bring our own cameras and streaming setup.
Can members watch sessions after the conference?
Yes. We record sessions and deliver edited files you can post to a member portal or sell as on-demand access.
How far ahead should we book?
For a large annual meeting, two to three months is ideal so we can do a site visit and rehearsal. For smaller events, a few weeks is often enough.
